What began as a passionate project has evolved into something more. Welcome to the Strong Women Collective.

THE STRONG GIRL MOVEMENT

It starts with a girl.

A girl learning to look in the mirror and see more than her body.

A girl learning that food isn't something to fear.
That movement isn't punishment.
That strength isn't something to hide.
That her worth isn't determined by a number on a scale, a clothing size, or whether she looks like the girls she sees on a screen.

A girl learning that she was created on purpose, for a purpose.

That is where the Strong Girl movement begins.

But it doesn't end with girls.

Because we believe something bigger is possible when a girl grows up knowing she is strong.

She becomes a Strong Woman.

And when a strong woman raises children, she becomes a Strong Mom.

And when that woman grows older and pours wisdom into another generation, she becomes a Strong Grandma.

One generation teaching the next what it really means to be strong.

That is the movement we're building.

WE NEED A NEW DEFINITION OF STRONG.

For generations, girls and women have been taught to make themselves smaller.

Smaller bodies.
Smaller appetites.
Smaller dreams.
Smaller expectations.
Smaller lives.

At the same time, the modern feminist movement has come in and swung the pendulum so far the other way it has been embarrassing. They translated Scripture to meet their own selfish desires and it has made it even more confusing and hard for our precious young women. “My body My Choice” and “I feel like a man so I must be a man” has made all of this such a difficult situation, and without God, it would seem impossible.

But God…..Oh how Good He is!!

We've been taught that being "good" means eating less, looking younger, taking up less space, and constantly trying to become someone other than who we are.

We want to change that story.

Strong doesn't mean perfect.

Strong doesn't mean skinny.

Strong doesn't mean never struggling.

And strong certainly doesn't mean doing everything alone.

Strong means knowing who you are, Whose you are, and having the courage to care for the woman God created you to be.

It means learning how to nourish your body instead of fighting it.

Moving because your body was made to move.

Building muscle instead of fearing it.

Taking care of your mental and emotional health.

Setting boundaries.

Speaking up.

Getting back up when you fall.

Growing in faith.

Learning to respect yourself.

And understanding that your body is not your enemy.

It is a gift.

IT STARTS WITH THE STRONG GIRL JOURNAL.

The first expression of this movement is the Strong Girl Journal—created for girls who are standing at the intersection of growing up, figuring out who they are, and learning what the world says about their bodies.

This isn't a diet book.

It isn't about shrinking.

It isn't about counting every calorie or teaching girls that their bodies need to be fixed.

It's about giving girls a different foundation.

A foundation built on faith, health, strength, nourishment, movement, confidence, self-respect, and purpose.

The Strong Girl Journal gives girls a place to learn, reflect, ask questions, track healthy habits, explore their relationship with food and movement, and begin creating a healthy relationship with their bodies.

Because what we teach a girl about her body today can influence how she feels about herself for decades.

We want to give her a better story from the beginning.

THEN WE GROW WITH HER.

The Strong Girl movement isn't designed to leave girls behind when they grow up.

Because here's what we know:

Girls become women.

And women carry what they learned growing up into their marriages, their motherhood, their friendships, their careers, their churches, their communities—and into the way they raise the next generation.

So we're building something that grows with her.

STRONG GIRL

We're helping girls build a foundation of healthy body image, confidence, faith, nutrition, movement, and self-worth.

Teaching her:

"I don't have to be smaller to be worthy."

STRONG WOMEN

Then she becomes a woman.

A woman navigating careers, relationships, motherhood, aging, changing bodies, changing hormones, responsibilities, disappointments, dreams, and the constant pressure to hold everything together.

Strong Women is about reminding her:

You are not finished becoming.

You don't have to disappear into everyone else's needs.

You don't have to apologize for getting older.

You don't have to spend the rest of your life fighting your body.

You are allowed to become stronger, healthier, wiser, and more confident at every age. Because we serve a God bigger than the mind can comprehend.

STRONG MOM

Because motherhood changes everything.

.We want to change the idea that self-care is selfish, but yet not in a way that makes us feel like the victim. Motherhood is the greatest blessing a woman could receive! God has equipped women the beginning with Eve and he will continue to equip us until the last day on earth. But, it CAN be hard and it’s OK to reach out and take care of our own needs.

A Strong Mom understands that caring for herself isn't taking something away from her family.

It teaches her children what healthy self-respect looks like.

Her children see her nourish herself.

They see her move her body.

They see her rest.

They see her pursue her dreams.

They see her take care of her health.

They see her pray.

They see her get back up.

And whether she realizes it or not, she is teaching the next generation what it means to be a woman.

STRONG GRANDMAS

And then there is the woman who has lived enough life to know that strength looks different than she once thought.

The Strong Grandma.

She carries stories.

Lessons.

Failures.

Victories.

Wisdom.

She has watched generations grow.

And we want her to know that she isn't on the sidelines.

She is part of the movement.

Because imagine what happens when a grandmother teaches her granddaughter that getting older is not something to fear.

When she teaches her that her body is worthy of care.

When she shares her faith.

When she tells her the stories of what she learned the hard way.

When she reminds her:

"You don't have to become smaller to become stronger."

That's how change moves from one generation to another.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN A BOOK.

The Strong Girl Journal is just the beginning.

We're building a growing collection of stories, conversations, resources, education, community, challenges, coaching, and encouragement designed to help girls and women become stronger from the inside out.

That includes this blog.

Here, we're going to talk about the things that matter.

Body image.

Food.

Fitness.

Faith.

Motherhood.

Aging.

Confidence.

Mental health.

Comparison.

Social media.

Boundaries.

Relationships.

Strength.

Women's health.

And the complicated, messy, beautiful process of becoming the woman God created you to be.

Some conversations will be uncomfortable.

Some will challenge what we've been taught.

Some will come from research and education.

And some will come from my own story.

Because I've lived through seasons where I didn't understand my body.

I've struggled with body image.

I've experienced the pressure to look a certain way.

I've learned lessons about health the hard way.

And I've discovered that becoming stronger isn't about finally arriving at some perfect version of yourself.

It's about learning to take care of the woman you are becoming.

And I want to have those conversations out loud.

WE WANT TO BUILD A COMMUNITY.

Eventually, Strong Girl won't just be something you read.

It will be something you belong to.

A community where girls can learn that they aren't alone.

Where women can talk honestly about the things we're often afraid to say.

Where moms can find encouragement instead of another list of ways they're failing.

Where grandmas can share their wisdom.

Where women of different generations can learn from one another.

Where faith and health can exist together.

Where strength is celebrated—not perfection.

Where we stop competing with one another and start cheering for one another.

Because I don't want to build a brand where women look at me and think,

"I want to be like her."

I want to build a movement where women look around and think,

"We're doing this together."

FROM STRONG GIRL TO STRONG WOMAN.

This is the vision:

A girl who learns to love and care for her body.

Becomes a woman who knows her worth.

Who becomes a mom who models healthy self-respect.

Who becomes a grandmother who passes down wisdom.

And whose daughters and granddaughters grow up with a completely different relationship with their bodies, their health, their faith, and themselves.

One girl.

One woman.

One family.

One generation at a time.

That's the Strong Girl movement.

AND WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED.

There is so much more to come.

More books.

More conversations.

More resources.

More challenges.

More education.

More community.

More stories.

More women finding their strength.

More girls learning that they don't have to shrink themselves to fit into a world that was never designed to define their worth.

And ultimately, more generations of women who understand that their strength isn't something they have to manufacture.

It was already placed inside them by the God who created them.

"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."
— Proverbs 31:25

That is the woman we're raising.

That is the woman we're becoming.

That is the woman we're building this movement for.

COME BE PART OF IT.

Whether you're raising a Strong Girl, becoming a Strong Woman, mothering the next generation, or stepping into your role as a Strong Grandma—

there is a place for you here.

This isn't about becoming perfect.

It's about becoming stronger.

Together.

Girl by girl.
Woman by woman.
Generation by generation.

Welcome to the Strong Girl Movement.

We're so glad you're here.
